Will replacing this belt trigger an Airbag / SRS warning light on my touchscreen?

A compatible assembly installed correctly should not normally create a new SRS warning. However, existing fault codes, connector differences, or installation issues may require diagnosis by a qualified technician.

Do I need professional tools to complete this replacement?

Standard automotive hand tools (socket set, trim removal tools, and torque wrench) are sufficient for setup. However, because safety restraints are critical equipment, professional automotive technician installation is recommended.

Can I reuse a seat belt that was deployed in an accident?

Details

No. A deployed or collision-damaged seat belt should not be reused. The pyrotechnic pretensioner may be spent, and other restraint-system components may also require replacement. Have the complete restraint system inspected by a qualified technician.
