1. 30-Day Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package to submit a return request. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, unworn, with all original tags attached.
- The product must be in its original packaging along with all included screws, adhesive tapes, wiring, and manuals.
- A valid proof of purchase (Order Number and receipt) must be provided.
2. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not entered fulfillment. Please email us immediately with "CANCEL ORDER [Order Number]".
- After Shipment: Once a package has been dispatched and assigned a carrier tracking number, we cannot intercept it. You may initiate a return upon receipt according to our return procedure.
3. Non-Returnable & Customized Items
Certain products cannot be returned under the standard policy:
- Custom-built products (e.g., custom forged wheels, customized steering wheels tailored with specific leather/stitching/heating options).
- Products that show signs of installation, adhesive backing peeled off, scratches, or wear.
- Clearance and final-sale promotional items.
4. Return Process & Refunds

Receive RMA Address
Our team will provide an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and designated return warehouse address.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receiving and verifying the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
* For returns initiated due to personal preference or mistaken orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping, Defective items are replaced or refunded with 100% free return coverage.
