FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the App Control and OEM Ambient Sync versions?+

The App Control version gives you full manual control ?a pick any color or pattern anytime from the app. The OEM Ambient Sync version has no app control at all ?a it automatically mirrors whatever color your cabin's ambient lighting is set to on the center touchscreen, so the exterior DRL always matches the interior.

Will this installation void my Tesla warranty?+

No. The installation is 100% plug-and-play and fully reversible. It does not require any wire cutting or permanent modification, so your factory warranty remains intact on either version.

Is this compatible with the older Model 3 (pre-2024)?+

No, this kit is designed exclusively for the front fascia and headlight shape of the Tesla Model 3 Highland (2024 and newer). It does not fit previous generations.

Can I still use the original white DRL look?+

Yes. On the App Control version, select a standard white from the app. On the OEM Ambient Sync version, set your cabin ambient lighting to white on the center touchscreen and the DRLs will match.

How do I change the color on the OEM Ambient Sync version?+

There's no app or remote involved ?a change your cabin's ambient lighting color on the Model 3's center touchscreen, and the front DRLs update automatically to match.
