Frequently Asked Questions
Does it fit the Model Y lower trunk specifically?
Yes. The 35L unit is designed around the Model Y lower trunk dimensions, allowing it to sit neatly in the space while minimizing the impact on the upper luggage area.
Can it freeze food, not just chill?
Yes. The temperature range extends down to -20¡ãC, which is sufficient for freezing food, ice packs, and frozen goods. The digital panel lets you set the exact temperature you need.
Will it drain my car battery?
At 60W, the power consumption is kept low to suit vehicle use. It runs off a standard 12V or 24V connection. For extended parked use, we recommend monitoring your vehicle's charge level.
How loud is it during operation?
Operating noise is rated at 45dB or less ¡ª comparable to a quiet library environment. This keeps the cabin experience comfortable during driving, rest stops, or overnight trips.
How do I clean the interior?
The unit includes a drain outlet at the bottom, making it easy to drain accumulated water and wipe down the interior. Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene and performance over time.
